To celebrate the events that are happening at the Southbank Centre in London from the 10th - 23rd February for the children's 'Imagine' festival, and the anniversary of Roald Dahl's 50th Anniversary of the publishing of 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'.  We wanted to celebrate the life and work of Roald Dahl, one of the World's most famous and celebrated authors, not only for children, but for adults too! His short stories conjure imagination and suspense with a swift flick of the pen, and are amongst some of the best stories I have ever read.

The festival at the Southbank Centre will be hosting 'Grandpa Joe's Giant Storytelling Bed', where children can hear stories inspired by Charlie and Grandpa Joe's amazing stories in 'Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory'.
